General Info:
All of our rabbits must be at least 8 weeks old before being released to go to their new homes.
Sales to anyone under the age of 18 must have a parents consent and the parent must accompany minor at time of pick up.
How do I put a bunny on hold?
To hold a bunny we require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit. We give our customers the option of either coming to pick the bunny (bunnies) out in person and to put the deposit down then, or, they can submit a deposit thru Paypal.
Deposits can be made by cash, money order or Paypal. Checks are not accepted. The remainder of the payment must be paid in full at time of pick up.
If by the appointed time, agreed upon (by both us and the customer), for pick up, we do not hear from them, and cannot get a hold of them, within one week (7 days) the bunny will be placed back on the available list. The Non-Refundable deposit will then go towards the care of the bunny until it goes to a new home.
Will you hold bunnies past their "ready to go" date?
We can hold bunnies past their ready-to-go date in some cases if the customer and us have both agreed upon a later date. However we may charge a small additional cost for bunnies held more than one week after their ready-to-go date, to cover feed costs, etc. Customer will be notified of exact additional cost before any agreements/plans have been made so there will be no surprises or confusions.
Please note that during the process of re-homing our bunnies we do reserve the right to cancel a sale for whatever reason we may have as we want all of our bunnies to go to responsible homes where they will be well taken care of. Any deposits that have been made will be fully refunded on any sales cancelled on our behalf.
Do you ship or deliver?
Sorry, we do not offer shipping for our bunnies. We do however offer delivery for a additional fee based on mileage. Delivery of a rabbit within 25 miles of our rabbitry is available for an additional fee of $10.00, Any delivery destination over 25 miles the additional fee will be .50 cents per mile. Rabbits can also be delivered to shows that we plan on attending for a fee of $10.00
Will you take bunnies back after a purchase?
If in the future the new owner, after purchasing, is not able to keep the bunny due to whatever circumstance we are happy to take the bunny (bunnies) back. There is generally no refund for this, but they will have the assurance that the bunny will be very well loved and taken care of!

We guarantee that the rabbits we sell are healthy and ready for new homes at the time of purchase. Each rabbit sold comes with a ONE WEEK limited health guarantee subject to the following conditions:
If a bunny becomes sick or dies within one week of going home, you may recieve a full refund of the purchase price or apply the purchase amount towards exchange of a like value rabbit as soon as one becomes available. In order to receive a refund/credit, you must furnish evidence from a veterinarian that the illness/cause of death is due to a pre-existing illness or condition that was present at the time the rabbit left our rabbitry.
Any evidence of improper diet, heat stroke, failure to follow feeding instructions, physical accidents, injury caused by other animals, neglect and/or abuse as determined by our veterinarian (at buyer's expense) will render this warranty VOID.
We will not be held responsible for any prior or future veterinary expenses. All veterinary expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
